Maralyn Randall, B.Sc., CPT, NLC
Better Bodyz was founded in 2002 by Maralyn Randall. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Maralyn is a dynamic trainer, educator, and motivator, with a passion for helping her clients live healthier, happier lives.
Maralyn has helped hundreds of clients – from seniors to young athletes, to corporate professionals and stay-at-home moms – reach their health and fitness goals. She’s helped clients build muscle, improve bone density, lose unwanted fat, skyrocket self esteem, and has repeatedly helped reverse degenerative diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteopenia/osteoporosis and arthritis.
Her unique approach combines the use of time-tested training strategies, cutting edge science and modern technology to measure and manage your progress, virtually guaranteeing your success.
